One of the capabilities in Collectives™ is the “recommendations” feature. This allows an Admin or Recognized Member to recommend a particular answer to a question and provide a stamp of approval to give it a bit more visibility. The “recommended answer” badge will appear next to all recommendations. Users with Admin and/or Recognized Member privileges may recommend an answer.
Start with the “Actions for You” Dashboard. On this page, you can find a list of questions that might need, or benefit from, a recommended answer. When you find an answer that is a good or preferred way to solve the problem, press the Recommendation button.
