Can I use Stack Internal for free?

The Free version of Stack Internal is free forever, up to 50 users. Start for free.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Monthly billing is available for Stack Internal’s Basic and Self-Serve Business plans. For exact pricing, visit our pricing page.

What are the payment terms on the Business plan?

Our Self-Serve Business Plan can be billed monthly or annually, depending on your preference. The Managed Business Plan is billed annually, upfront for the full year.

What are my payment method options?

You can pay using a credit card on our Basic and Business plans. Additionally, invoicing is available for both the Business and Enterprise plans.

How will we be billed for users that we add?

Billing for new users depends on the plan you select. On our Basic plan, you will be billed monthly for each new user. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive an additional monthly bill. If you choose to pay monthly for your Basic plan, your monthly invoice will reflect your new users. On Business, new users will be billed monthly and outside of your annual invoice.

What’s the difference between Basic, Business, and Enterprise plans?

Basic plan includes a structured and searchable knowledge base, SSO and standard integrations. Business plan adds advanced security, content tools, additional integrations and priority support. Enterprise plan includes all Business features plus advanced security features, intuitive AI search features, full integration suite and connectors, dedicated customer success manager and more.

How can I get access to add-ons such as MCP Server and Knowledge Ingestion?

The MCP Server and Knowledge ingestion are available on Enterprise plan. Please speak with your Customer Success Manager for details.
