  As a Sales Engineering Manager for our London, UK office you will provide direction and specialist knowledge for a team applying technology to client’s business needs. A key focus is to direct and manage presales resources throughout the sales cycle while providing technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer solutions. Additionally, the SE Manager is instrumental in account planning and strategy development and may serve as the company liaison on specific internal and customer facing projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit, Retain, and help to drive Revenue.
  • Partner with the Sales team and extended stakeholders to help the business achieve revenue goals through the presales team’s active contribution to the sales cycle.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales engineers in addition to recruiting and developing new team members.
  • Develop a team culture of driven individuals who collaborate and support each other and their sales colleagues.
  • Be accountable for ensuring the quality of deliverables from the team and continuous improvements, knowledge capture, standardization.

What we expect:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering with a demonstrated track record of success within B2B SaaS sales.
  • Prior SE management experience who has coached/mentored SEs and implemented scaling functions.
  • Excellent writing, discovery and presentation skills.
  • Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals.
  • Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships.
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
