Stack Overflow is looking for a Product-Led Growth Marketing Manager, Teams Self-Serve on the Demand Generation  team.

About You

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Stack Overflow, you will partner closely with our product marketing and product experience teams to help drive the growth of our Self-Serve offering of Stack Overflow for Teams. This role requires a self-driven problem solver that loves to identify trends and patterns in data to uncover insights that drive a better experience for our users, while encouraging engagement and fostering account growth. This role is on the demand generation team and will report directly to the VP, Demand Generation.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with our product marketing and product experience teams to develop activation strategies that include promotion, positioning and messaging, cart abandonment mitigation and A/B testing
  • Support the product experience and product marketing teams with onboarding and adoption strategies and programs
  • Partner closely with our product team to develop user expansion and conversion strategies that encourage upgrades, upselling and identification of opportunities to add customer value through our managed sales process
  • Develop strategies and execute programs for product influenced lead and product qualified lead generation which support our sales development and qualified pipeline generation efforts
  • Support our product experience team and product marketing team in their efforts to foster better user engagement, including process/journey documentation, positioning and messaging, measuring customer sentiment, feature/usage expansion and progressive profiling

Who you’ll be working with:

  • Our demand generation team to utilize marketing tools and technologies to execute programs to optimize the user experience and generate engagement
  • Our product marketing team to help develop, contextualize and deploy product messaging and content to deliver value to users and customers
  • Our product experience team to drive better engagement and derive more value from the usage of our Stack Overflow for Teams self-serve offering
  • Our Teams revenue organization, including sales development and account executives in proactively identifying conversion and upsell opportunities from our Self-Serve offering to our value-based managed sales process

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS/enterprise software marketing experience with a focus on product-led growth.
  • Experience with product analysis tools (Amplitude is a plus), customer communication tools (Intercom is a plus), business intelligence tools (Looker is a plus), and marketing automation systems (Marketo is a plus).
  • Experience setting an overall product-led demand generation strategy, socializing it with key members of the product and revenue organizations, and measuring results/ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to cross-functionally collaborate with all critical stakeholders in the product and revenue organizations, adept at relationship management and building rapport and influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven approach to demand generation, with strong analytical ability to track and report on long-term and complex program performance metrics, identifying trends and being able to course correct when necessary.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Empathy for, and understanding of, developers (how they think, work, learn, communicate, etc).
  • Proficient with developer marketing tactics and techniques.

If your role is not located in one of our offices…. We’ll reimburse you up to $2,000 to set up a great home office. And, you will receive an additional $400 allowance for your home office set up on each anniversary date.
